Ardèche : Kayaking and Canoeing
The Ardèche is one of Europe's best regions for recreational kayaking and canoeing.
The Ardèche has some of Europe's best rivers for kayaking and canoeing. Whether you are an expert or just want to float quietly down the river enjoying the spectacular scenery, there are kayaking and canoeing trips for you.
You hire your kayak or canoe from one of our recommended organizations, choose your trip and off you go - when you arrive there is a mini-van to bring you back to the base. All equipment is provided including life-jackets, wet suits (for spring and autumn trips) and water-proof containers for your camera etc.
You can pre-book directly with ardecheNet and avoid the hassle of trying to find an organization near where you are stayin providing the trip that suits you best.
Individuals, groups and school groups all accepted. We recommend that you pre-book if you are coming to the Ardèche in July or August or if you are in a group.
The canoing and kayaking season starts in early April and finishes in late September.
