Horse riding, equestrian sports, treks ... discover the beautiful scenery of the Ardèche from horseback, or take a donkey trek into the wilds of the Ardèche mountains.
If you like horses or want to experience something completely different why not organize a trek through the wild Ardèche countryside. You can take treks for a couple of hours or days (including gite or bivouac accommodation).
There are equestrian centres throughout the Ardèche offering a wide variety of riding experiences.
Treks are lead by experienced guides and there are qualified riding instructors in most centres. If you just want to take your kids for a little stroll there are plenty of centres offering poney rides for children from 3 years old and up.
If you'd like something really different how about a mule or donkey trek? This is a lovely way to visit the wild countryside of the Ardèche.
